These terms govern your use of the bibibeep mobile game and the bibibeep.com website. By using the game or the site you accept these terms. The game is for children; a parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

1. License to use

You may use the game on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with the app store's terms. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or redistributing the game is prohibited unless permitted.

2. Purchases

If the game offers purchasable content, purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store under the respective store's terms. Refund requests are subject to the store's refund policy. We recommend using the stores' parental controls.

3. Intellectual property

All characters, images, music, text and software in the game and on the site belong to or are licensed to bibibeep. The "bibibeep" name and logo may not be used without permission.

4. Providing the service

To improve the game and the site we may change content, add new features or remove some features. We cannot guarantee that the game will run without interruption or errors on every device, but we continuously work to fix bugs.

5. Liability

The game and the site are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages. This clause does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live as a consumer remain unaffected.
